Welcome to AllCalls.io (the “Website”) and the AllCalls platform, including any web app, APIs, communications features, and call delivery/routing services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how AllCalls.io (“AllCalls,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Website and Services. Please read this Privacy Policy before using the Website or Services.
The policy of the Website and Services is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. To fulfill this policy, we exercise the precautions set forth in this Privacy Policy to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by you in connection with accessing and using the Website and Services.
This Privacy Policy sets forth AllCalls' current policies and practices with respect to information of the users of the Website and Services. By using the Website or Services, you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Whenever you submit information via the Website or Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Website and Services are not intended for people under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from persons we know to be under age 18.
We collect information from you when you create an account, use the Services, deposit funds, contact support, submit disputes, integrate with APIs, or otherwise interact with the Website or Services. Some of the information you submit may be personally identifiable information (that is, information that can be uniquely identified with you, such as your full name, e-mail address, phone number, billing information, and similar details). You will be informed at each information collection point what information is required and what information is optional.
We collect information in several ways, including information you provide, information collected automatically, and information generated through your use of the Services.
1) Account and Business Information. Name, email, phone number, login credentials, agency details, billing address, tax information (if applicable), and insurance license information (including state, license number, NPN, appointments where applicable).
2) Payment Information. Payment method details are collected and processed by our payment processors. We may receive limited payment-related information such as billing address, card brand/last four digits, expiration date, and payment status.
3) Call and Communication Data (Platform Data). When you send, receive, or interact with Calls through the Services, we collect and process: call detail records (e.g., time, duration, call type/vertical, connected time, disposition), routing and bidding/pricing signals, queue/availability signals, device and network information, and platform logs.
4) Call Recording, Transcripts, and Derived Data. Calls may be recorded and analyzed. We may create transcripts, summaries, keywords, classifications, quality signals, fraud/risk signals, and other analytics derived from call audio and metadata.
5) Caller/Lead Information. Depending on how Calls are sourced and delivered, we may receive or collect caller information and lead data (such as phone number, location, and other lead attributes provided with the Call).
6) Support and Communications. Information you provide when contacting support, submitting disputes, providing feedback, or responding to surveys.
7) Website and Device Data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, pages viewed, links clicked, and similar usage data.
8) Advertising and Attribution Data. We may use pixels, conversion APIs, and similar tools to measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve marketing effectiveness. These tools may collect or receive event data (e.g., page views, registrations, deposits) and technical identifiers.
9) Mobile Messaging Information. If you enroll in or interact with an AllCalls SMS or MMS messaging program, we may collect your mobile phone number, message content and replies, delivery and error information, opt-in and opt-out status, messaging preferences, and records relating to your consent. Consent records may include the date and time of consent, confirmation that consent was provided through the applicable AllCalls web-form opt-in process, the messaging program or message category disclosed to you, and information reasonably necessary to demonstrate and administer your messaging preferences.
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including to:
We may share information as follows:
Mobile Messaging Data Exception. Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, AllCalls does not sell, rent, buy, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except that we may provide information to service providers and subcontractors acting solely on our behalf as reasonably necessary to deliver or administer messages, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law. Those providers are not authorized to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS/MMS consent is specific to the applicable AllCalls messaging program and sender and is not transferable to independent agents, agencies, affiliates, lead generators, or other third parties.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; our processors may store payment method details and provide us with tokens and limited payment-related information (such as card brand/last four digits and payment status) to facilitate billing, refunds, and fraud prevention. We use commercially reasonable safeguards (including encryption in transit) to protect payment-related data.
You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us at [email protected]. We may still send you transactional or service-related communications (e.g., account alerts, billing notices, policy updates).
AllCalls Technologies, Inc. d/b/a “AllCalls.io” may offer separate SMS or MMS messaging programs in connection with the Services. These programs may include AllCalls.io 2FA Verification, AllCalls.io Appointment Customer Care, AllCalls.io Account & Service Notifications, and AllCalls.io Marketing. The messages you receive depend on the specific program and message category to which you separately consent or the interaction you initiate.
Program Uses. Depending on the applicable program, we may use your mobile information to send: (i) one-time passcodes, phone-number verification, authentication, login, account-recovery, and related security messages; (ii) appointment booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling or rescheduling updates, requests to confirm or clarify appointment details, appointment-status messages, agent appointment notifications, and other appointment-related customer-care communications; (iii) non-promotional account, security, billing, payment, wallet, transaction, service, or operational notifications; and (iv) where you separately and affirmatively consent, marketing or promotional messages about AllCalls products, services, features, offers, promotions, events, educational content, or other commercial communications disclosed at the time of opt-in.
Separate and Voluntary Consent. SMS/MMS consent is obtained separately for the applicable messaging program and message category and is not created merely by accepting our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy. Consent to one program does not constitute consent to another program. In particular, consent to receive verification, appointment, customer-care, account, or other transactional messages does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional messages. Marketing consent, where requested, is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a product or service, creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using the Services.
Web-form SMS consent controls will not be pre-selected. Where SMS consent is optional, users may decline messaging consent without losing access to account registration, purchasing a product or service, booking an appointment, or using the underlying Service.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies by program and by your interactions with AllCalls. 2FA or verification messages are generally sent in response to individual verification requests, with additional messages sent if you request another code or as reasonably necessary to complete the requested security process. Appointment customer-care messages vary based on appointment activity, reminders, scheduling changes, confirmations, and related conversations. Account and service notifications vary based on account and service activity. Marketing message frequency varies as disclosed at the applicable point of opt-in.
Messaging Charges. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you according to your mobile service plan.
Opting Out and Getting Help. You may revoke consent and stop receiving messages from an applicable AllCalls messaging number by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. After an opt-out request is processed, we may send one final message confirming the opt-out. Opting out of one messaging program or sending number does not automatically opt you out of another program for which you separately provided consent. If you later wish to receive messages again, you must complete the applicable web-form opt-in process again.
Mobile Information Is Not Shared for Marketing. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We do not share, sell, rent, buy, or transfer SMS/MMS opt-in data or consent to independent agents, agencies, affiliates, lead generators, or other third parties for their own use. We may provide mobile information to vendors and subcontractors acting solely on our behalf to support message delivery and related services, such as telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, customer-support providers, security providers, and other service providers necessary to operate the messaging program. These providers may use the information only to perform services for AllCalls and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent Records and Retention. We may retain records of messaging consent, program enrollment, opt-outs, HELP requests, delivery events, and related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the applicable messaging program, honor your preferences, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and demonstrate compliance with applicable law, carrier rules, and industry requirements.
Additional terms applicable to AllCalls SMS/MMS programs, including program descriptions, message frequency, help and opt-out instructions, carrier disclosures, and other messaging terms, are available in our Terms of Service.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Website and Services. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the Website or Services cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party. Moreover, where you use passwords, ID numbers, or other special access features on the Website or Services, it is your responsibility to safeguard them.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and product improvement. Retention periods vary by data type (including call recordings and derived analytics).
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information. To submit a request, contact us at [email protected]. We may verify your identity and account before responding.
